About Atlas Building & Civil Engineering Ltd
Founded back in 1998, Atlas Building & Civil Engineering Ltd has been successfully working on construction projects, completing them safely, on time and within budgets, all across the Midlands, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Current owners Jamie Lord and Wayne Foster took charge of the company in 2008, when the recession dictated that a change of size and management structure was required. Through those difficult times, we managed to keep standards to the level that the company requires and to build it back up in size to the position it is in now.
We have a site workforce approaching 50 people, all of who are CSCS registered. Approximately 80% are also CPCS qualified. We combine hiring of plant along with our own fleet of excavators and plant, to make sure we always have the equipment available to carry out whatever the project requires.
All our management staff have over 20 years of construction experience. This allows us to help a client with value design proposals, problem solving and many other issues that form part of the lifespan of a construction project.
We work closely with Truste Services Ltd, to give us any Safety Advice we require and to monitor our ongoing projects and is in turn, backed up by Peninsula Health and Safety Services. This allows us to maintain successful Health and Safety standards that we believe are a must for our company.
Confirmation of this is verified by our membership as an approved contractor, within the Safe Contractor health and safety assessment scheme. They have acknowledge our abilities to manage and carry out works safely.
